SuperCluster:Exadata Storage on an Application Domain

Is it possible to have an exadata storage provisioned on to a database running on an application domain. I know that normally an application domain uses the ZFS Storage while the use of exadata storage is restricted to the database domain. I will like to know if this is possible and if there are implications.
