Unable to view Shared Watchlists

We are running JDE 9.1.5.8.

 

I’m a member of the sysadmin group that has Web Object Action and View security setup.

Following the (Oracle Support Document 1563736.1 (E1: GRID: How to Configure, Create, and Manage OneView Watchlists? [Video]) can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=1563736.1) I can created an advanced query, copy to *Public(UO), create a watch list based off the public query, and share the watchlist.  But when I click on the watchlist icon I only see My Watchlists (no shared watchlists category)

 

Others are able to see the shared watchlist I created. (sysadmin’s and non-sysadmins)
