ORA-00001: unique constraint (OKC.OKC_CONTRACT_DOCS_U1) violated Action: Please contact your system

To Reproduce:

 

a) Search for a signed contract

b) Click to open the contract

c) Actions > Duplicate, click Button GO

d) Observe that the new contract is created which is duplicate of the parent contract

e) Click on Apply or Apply and add details, observe the below errors

 

1. Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered. Error code - -1 Error message - ORA-00001: unique constraint (OKC.OKC_CONTRACT_DOCS_U1) violated Action: Please contact your system administrator.

2. Program Error: An unexpected error was encountered. Error code - 1 Error message - User-Defined Exception Action: Please contact your system administrator.

Did anyone face this issue? Please advise.
