Can you create multiple Header Text Attachments with EDI Load?

Is there a way with F4714 EDI header attachment file to create the file to load text attachment to the Sales Order Header and that attachment to be the 2nd attachment,,, I will have multiple records in the F4714 for the same EDOC but certain lines to go to Text attachment 1 and other lines to go to Text attachment 2..

Also if I used a business function to add directly to F00165 file can I have it insert or create to text attachment 2?
