Warehouse Picking Process

Hi All,

Kindly help me with below 2 queries

1-Is there a way we can use Hold Code other than ** for Ware House Picking process?

If changing Hold code not possible so can we somehow use Hold Code description for ** that gets applied by default when Sales Orders enters into Warehouse Management

2-Orders going into WMS hold doesn't get updated in F4209 so is there way we can force system to do that
