What is the significance of cint_eligible_flag in pa_projects_all?

Hi All,

What is the significance of cint_eligible_flag in pa_projects_all?

As far as I know, it determines whether to allow capital interest or not for capital projects, but I have seen the same flag being set to "Y" on some of our Fixed Price projects, which are obviously contract projects. Why is it "Y" for these projects? What is its role on the fixed price projects?

Your insights into this will be appreciated.
