Losing access to the Reports I own in OEM GC 12c

I have limited access to the PROD  OEM GC (12.1.0.5). Recently created several reports, but for some reason lacked privileges to schedule them.

When OEM admins changed my privileges in attempt to give me access to schedule reports, I lost all access to the reports I own. They can still see them, they are definitely exist and I'm still showing as an owner, but when I go to Information Publisher Reports page, I don't see them at all.

I do see reports created by SYSMAN (default Oracle).
I can create new reports, but once the privileges are changed, I lose those as well.
