Tax amount display in contract history (CA_BP_XREF)

We are trying to implement the use of Contracts for non sponsored external sales activity.  All billing activity will happen within billing and when the Contract Number and Bill Plan ID are populated the BIIPC000 process brings the billing information back to Contract History.  However, sales tax amounts are not brought back into Contracts History.  Is there a configuration or way that the tax activity can be recorded in the Contracts History?
