IRS AIR system testing errors for ACA 1094c

We did all configurations per IRS AIR Communications test  and applied patch, but we are getting error message on IRS side when we upload the file. Did you all have any issue?

if any, How did you resolve it?  We are getting "Rejected transmission - Error occurred in the TCC". IRS is saying that there is some formatting issue in manifest file, any idea?

We  did follow documentation  per patch:
