Hello,

I am in need of help, I did open a call with Oracle 3-12827340381.  I am on 9.0 and tools release 8.98  and I have all the ESU's except what came out on the 1st. I have several issues with the test file. 1. I cannot view the file in XML, it opens blank.  I can save it and then I tried to open with XML editor and it gave me an error so I was able to open in notepad++.  2. it looks like I am missing the company contact information on the manifest file.  3. on the transmission
