SR Owner field missing from my view in MOS

Hi there, i am viewing SRs on MOS and find that many fields are missing on my view which are present for others.

Owner field on the top right part of the page along with several fields on the Details tab are missing.

Could anybody please help fix this? Thanks.

Browser used : Google Chrome Version 51.0.2704.84 m (confirmed to be up to date )
