Positive pay file not generated

Hi,

I have an issue with positive pay file. After check payments positive pay files are not getting generated. I checked the setups with payment process profiles and they are fine.

Even when i run the 'Positive pay file' program manually, it's not generating any output. Any help/suggestions on this?
