Menu bar is displaced and navigation does not render correctly sporadically after login (WORKAROUND)

Hi folks,

we are running SSE with Innovation Pack 2014, Patchset 14. Sometimes after login, the Menu Bar is displaced (=it is not at the top of the screen) and the navigation does not render correctly (=the links to the views are not displayed). When this happenes, the div that normally holds the links to the views (=div with id "s_sctrl") is empty when looking at the page with the browser's devtools. We didn't find a way to reproduce this. Sometimes it happenes, sometimes it does not. After refreshing/reloading the page, everything looks fine.
