"Unable to start SQL Anywhere database engine" after upgrade to IP15.9

Hi all,

We migrate from 8.1.1.7 sea to IP15.9 .

Now, we need to set up the programers work-station.

We apply the "Generate New Database" and got this error: "Error in Main function".

In the log file we see this lines:
