The file name format ignores translation

Hello.

Version: Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.7.1

Problem description: in BIP 11g, file name format has been changed to <report name>_<template name>.extension, but <report name> always is exported in English (initial name of report), BIP ignores the translated name of the report from bip~xlatFOLDER_**.xlf files. So for English locale we have "English Report Name_English Template Name.pdf", but for example for Spanish locale we have "English Report Name_Spanish Template Name.pdf".

Question: How can I avoid this problem if reports are translated to several languages?
