oracle.apps.fnd.cache.CacheException error

Hello

A few users reported oracle.apps.fnd.cache.CacheException but before we could log file they were advised to clear the browser cache and it resolved the issue. This lead to a theory that through out district we need to roll steps to clear out browser cache . On research I found that oracle.apps.fnd.cache.CacheException could be related to any of the issues mentioned in Doc ID 414170.1 .
