Adding, Copying, Deleting or Changing Data Selection on Batch Versions (Web Client Only) after every

Hello Community,

After every full package we face a problem with adding, copying, deleting or changing Data Selection on Batch Versions (Web Client Only), to fix this temporarily, I followed the Oracle Support Document 1983996.1, but after searching in KG I found another document

ID 2000324.1 to fix permanently, the solution proposed in this document 2000324.1 doesn't fix my problem.

This problem happened only after migrating from tools 8.98.4.2 to tools 9.1.5.5
