Tools Release 9.2.0.3 on App 9.1 - JDK

I am in the preparatory steps of performing a tools upgrade from release 9.1.5.5 to 9.2.0.3 on application version 9.1. I have reviewed all required MTR and have gone through the steps mentioned in the white paper

My question is related to the JDK version that I need to use on my Deployment Server, Server Manager and development FAT clients.

I do know that the Oracle JDK is no longer bundled with the installation files and needs to be a separate download and install. Since I am planning to have multi-foundation until everything is moved to production. What version of JDK should I use to install on
