How can I be notified via TAS of SRs that have changed from a Sev2/Sev3 to a Sev 1?

I'm a TAM and want to receive a TEXT on SRs that change to a Severity 1 (from a 2 or a 3).

Is this possible? I see where I can get notified if the SR is escalated after it's been opened, but changing severity isn't necessarily an escalation.


If this isn't possible, how do I make a request for enhancement?
