Mobile Approval- PO approval

     Dear Team ,

Can somebody guide on mobile PO approval . We have installed the mobile server with ADF  , But after login via mobile- though the configuration done on M43081 to show proper version the mobile screen shows PO approval and below to that as Error on red mark .

Please guide
