ORA 700 [kskvmstatact: excessive swapping observed] with excessive trace files

On one of the production server running on Oracle database 12c ( 12.1) on Red Hat Linux , customer is complaining of following problem

The database system is generating excessive trace files in the trace directory /opt/oracle/base/diag/rdbms/wcs/wcs/trace/ on 12c database server.

Due to excessive trace files generation the free space in the system has been exhausted . Apart from this I noticed following warning message in logged in "adrci"

adrci> show incident;
