Product Catalogs for CSS

I am setting up a product catalog for CSS and even when I run P4101H in mode 1, I am not seeing the full hierarchy structure I have set up.  I am just seeing the top level and when I select, I see a list of items, not the full structure I have set up Item hierarchy manager.
