Accounting template error while booking Lease contract

Hi Gurus,

I am getting an error 'Transaction supplied insufficient source(s) and Account is not defined on the Accounting Template. Please specify the account to be used on the accounting template line; when trying to book a lease contract.

As a result, the contract is not getting booked.

Please let me know how we could overcome this error.
