How to define time based depreciation methods in oracle fixed assets r12

Hi,

I have a requirement to make time based depreciation methods with below example.

Need some advise.

     

Depreciation Calendar is Yearly and Prorate calendar is Yearly
Cost of asset	10,000.00
Depreciation method = duration of concession
Date of placed on service	4/19/2016	'----> day from 19/4/2016 until 31/12/2016 = 257
End of concession	9/30/2023	'----> day from 19/4/2016 until 30/09/2023 = 2.721
Depreciation of FY 2016	944.51	10.000 / 2.721 x 257
Journal date	12/31/2016
Yearly depreciation staring from 2017 till 2022	1,341.42	10.000 / 2.721 x 365
Depreciation of FY 2023	1,003.31	10.000 / 2.721 x 273
