Repository Contracts Deliverables Version - OKC_DELIVERABLES

Hi,

We are trying to generate report on 'Repository contract deliverables' from this table >> OKC_DELIVERABLES

And there are records in this table with value as '-99' for the column 'BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_VERSION'

1) What does this value '-99' indicates ?

2) When a new version of the contracts is created, existing 'Deliverables' are also copied to the new version of the contract.

    For such copied record, the business_document_version is incremented

    However it is not in sync with repository contract version

Can some one provide more details on this behavior ?
