Financial Reporting Workbook slowness

We migrated the Hyperion Financial Reporting workbooks from version 11.1.2.1 to version 11.1.2.4 . The individuals reports in the book run fine on the new server but the book themself run long time , like 10 times more longer than what it is in 11.1.2.1 .

We applied the latest patch for financial reporting and Oracle recommended heap size settings changes , but the changes did not make any difference .
