iExpense Credit Card transaction not visible to User right away

Hi Team, we have a credit card transaction that was not visible to a user right after it was loaded.

The transaction was dated 4/27 and it was loaded the very next day (4/28), as evidenced on the CREATION_DATE column.

however, the transaction was not visible to the user until 05/05.

This happened to some more associates but our business team wasn't able to keep track of the dates it occured.

One observation is that the trx_available_date matches the time it was visible to the user.

Is this because the transaction initially had errors when it was loaded?

If so, is there a table log of these errors?
