We are on 9.2 and using the approval framework. We would like to be able to send one escalation template for when the notify escalation event is used and another template when the Reassignment event is used. I have tried to use multiple user lists on the Transaction Configuration page and add in criteria to the user list for only certain types of escalations but the system doesn't seem to be able to handle it when you have 2 user lists. If anyone has been able to do this would love to hear how.
