Journal Import completing in warning with Flexfields HASH_LOCK PLSQL function

Hello,

IHAC who when running Journal import program it is completing in warning below is the error message in log.

"Program error. Please inform your support representative that:Flexfields HASH_LOCK PLSQL function"

This is happening when more than one import programs has same new accounting string for which ccid has to be generated. So the journals get stuck in interface and the same journals gets imported successfully when they try to import them again. They want to understand if there is a way to increase time out for locks or any other option to avoid this issue.
