Transactions in error WIP_INVALID_ROUT_REVISION_DATE in open interface

Hi, I have some transactions with error in the open interface with error message: WIP_INVALID_ROUT_REVISION_DATE, the transactions type are WIP Completion. I read this note Doc ID 463623.1 but i did not found how to resolve this error, how to reprocess the transactions. I really appreciate any help
