Need the path to upgrade from 11.0.3 to 12.2.5

Hi Experts,

I Am looking for a best path(low downtime at the time of production) to upgrade from 11.0.3 to 12.2.5 with 11.2.0.4 database.

1. As of now our client is on 8i database and 11.0.3 applications with windows 2000 server, 32 bit.

2. Client needs to migrate to orace linux in this process.

3. Please correct me if i am wrong. My approach::

---> Bring up the database to 9.2.0.7 -- 11.5.10.2 on windows 2003 sp-2 32 bit

---> Upgrade the database to 9.2.0.8 --> 11.2.0.4 with 11.5.10.2 apps

----> Migrate just the database to oracle linux, we are not taking the 11.5.10.2 apps to oracle linux

----> On oracle linux, install rapid wiz 12.2.0 only with upgrade file system, give the database details which is already in oracle linux which is 11.2.0.4
