EBS 11i XSL-XML Templates

I am trying to create a XSL-XML template in EBS 11i(11.5.10.2+) with default output excel.

Sample XML output

<PARAMS><BOOK>aa</BOOK><PERIOD>bb</PERIOD><PCOMPANY>cc</PCOMPANY></PARAMS>

<DATA><USER_ID>-1</USER_ID><USER_NAME>ANONYMOUS</USER_NAME><DESCRIPTION>Anonymous user name for non-logged &quot;aiap&quot; users</DESCRIPTION></DATA>

<DATA><USER_ID>0</USER_ID><USER_NAME>SYSADMIN</USER_NAME><DESCRIPTION>System administrator</DESCRIPTION></DATA>

...

</RPT>

I would like to have all the parameters(<PARAMS>) on a different excel tab to the data(<DATA>).

If you are able to help it would be appreciated.
