EM Cloud Control repository upgrade to 12c

Hi folks;

I have some doubts about this, I have to upgrade some DBs from 11g to 12c. I used oracheck to verify the pre-upgrade requisites. and one of the warnings said this "Enterprise Manager Database Control repository found in the database". Im not have OEM configured, Im using EM Cloud Control 12c to monitor all my DBs. The warning want that I run this script emremove.sql to remove it. But seeing the script, it going to remove SYSMAN schema and MGMT_VIEW user. That is my first concern:

Is there any problem or could affect my monitoring if I run that script?
