patchsets.sh hung when run on 12.2.5 environment

All,

Just downloaded patchsets.sh and ran on 12.2.5 environment. The script hung at below lines for the longest time

Finished: Get_Version (Next Step is slowest)

... USING DB Patch Information: Patch.csv (From Database)

cp: cannot stat `BASELINE.txt': No such file or directory

... Comparing available to (applied and baselines) for your release. Working...

... Done matching 1384 patchsets(aru) to patchlist(Patch.csv)

I ran the same script on 12.1.3 and worked it just fine. So I'm not sure how long it suppose to run on 12.2.5 or there are some issues with 12.2.5 environments. Any insights?
