CAM Equipment - Tracking Warranties?

Folks,

This is specific to CAM Equipment not SWM configurations. What have you used to cover warranty management? The closest I've come to this is using Flash Messages and modifying teh WO print to print the Flash Message....eg: Cylinder Head under warranty 20,000 miles or until 6/1/16 etc etc. Obviously very basic stuff. Would anyone like to share their approach to somehow recording and tracking warranty information.
