Deactivate button in Marketing list Import Applet

Hi,

In Admininstration-Marketing "Import" view, we create a new job, setup the parameters, mapping, Internal list name etc. When we click Activate button, job starts right away. However if click "Deactivate" button while job is running, nothing happens to the running job and it goes to completion status

Once job is completed, if you want to resubmit job, you need to deactivate and activate again. It seems like Deactivate button doesn't do anything other than setting the Activate button to true once again.

Is that an expected behavior from "Deactivate" button?
