IRS AIR transmission test error " invalid character in the file name"

Has anyone encountered this error while performing AIR system communication test. We are getting this error. I checked and do not see any special character in the file names.

Error:

"You have selected to transmit a Form file with an invalid character in the file name. Please rename the ACA Form file and try again (e.g. 1094B_Request_BB000_20140101T010102000Z.xml). "

Our file names are : 1094C_Request_ABL2F_20160608T091846854Z.xml and Manifest_1094C_Request_20160608T091846854Z.xml

error seems to be in main file name and not the manifest file.
