OWB unused on 11g database; what about 12c upgrade?

We have OWB installed on a few 11.2.0.3 databases.  We do not need this feature, and it is unused.  The 12.1.0.2 pre-upgrade scripts warns as follows:  "There are existing Oracle components that will NOT be upgraded by the database upgrade script.  Typically, such components have their own upgrade scripts, are deprecated, or obsolete.  Those components are:  OLAP Catalog,OWB"  Since we do not use OWB, I wanted to de-install it from the databases, but I cannot find a de-install script for it, as I did for OLAP Catalog.  Questions:

1.  Is there a de-install script for OWB so that I can remove it from these databases?
