Agile Application 9.3.5 Uninstaller hangs when at the folders category

I am trying to uninstall 9.3.5 using the Uninstall PLM it goes through but stalls at Folders.  Anyone had the same happen?  I'm having to do this to try to re-install Agile 9.3.5.  Nothing has been easy about this installation so far.
