Project chartfield not available in Acctg Details for expense report line item

When testing 9.2 upgrade from 9.0, expense reports do not display the Project chartfield in Accounting Details as occurs in 9.0.  We do not use Project Costing, but we do use the Project_ID chartfield and need it to be available in expense reports.

In the Employee Privilege Template, testing has included the following settings and results:

- PC Chartfields set to "Hide"  >  Project chartfield is not in Accounting Details.

- PC Chartfields set to "Modify" (and PC Chartfields to Display checkbox labeled "PC Bus Unit, Project, Activity" is checked by default) >  Project chartfield is not in Accounting Details.

- PC Chartfields set to "View" (and PC Chartfields to Display checkbox labeled "PC Bus Unit, Project, Activity" is checked by default) >  PC Bus Unit, Project and Activity appear in Accounting Details (non-editable).
