How do I create a new cloudfs volume of 4TB in ODA X52 running 12.1.2.6.

How do I create a new cloudfs volume of 4TB in ODA X52 running 12.1.2.6.. I see one document Doc ID 1435019.1, but it is outdated. Also the manual procedure doesnt talk about creating in Node 0 or Node 1. We are running baremetal install we have two different instances on node 0 and node 1. I want to have the new cloudfs volume to be visible from both nodes. What is the maximum size of the cloudfs volume I can create?
