changing database server

We're running Essbase, Planning and FDMEE.

The question is very simple : after a complete install and setup of Hyperion version 11, I would like to know the exact procedure which allows to change the server on which the database is running.

Or said differently; what actions do I need to take on all of the Hyperion middleware servers, to be able to connect to a database on another server ?

The content of the database would be an exact copy on content (whatever method required to achieve that goal).

The database server would change name and IP. The server name domain remains the same. The database SID remains the same.
