R12.2.3: Error in applying PTB patch

Hi,

    I am trying to apply the TSP patch and I have an error for PTB. I checked and do not see a corresponding file for US under patch/115/publisher/templates/US/CLL_F035_CP_BK_CD_EN_US.xlf .

Class: oracle.apps.xdo.oa.util.XLIFFLoader

Method: processXLIFF

Arguments: UPLOAD -DB_USERNAME &un_apps -DB_PASSWORD &pw_apps -JDBC_CONNECTION &jdbc_db_addr -APPS_SHORT_NAME CLL -TEMPLATE_CODE CLL_F035_CP_BK_CD_EN_US -FILE_NAME &fullpath:cll:patch/115/publisher/templates/PTB:CLL_F035_CP_BK_CD_EN_US.xlf
