How to run ORAchk on EBS DB 11.2.0.4 with Database Vault enabled?

We've EBS 12.1.3 on Database 11.2.0.4 with Database Vault feature enabled. When we run ORAchk it works fine and complete without any errors. However, it is not performing any EBS related checks as SYS user doesn't have access to APPS related objects any more due to Database Vault. How can we run ORAchk utility for EBS?

 

Please advise.
