GL foreign currency journal upload through Web ADI

How GL foreign currency journal is getting created through Web ADI with functional currency value zero and converted (foreign) currency balance with some value, ideally it is wrong,  I tried with two lines (one debit and credit) with both functional currency value zero and converted balances as 100.

Kindly throw some light on the same.
