ORA-12521: Message 12521 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA

Hi All,

We are in process of doing the clone. We have noticed that below issue while we are connecting from the web node.

EBS : 11.5.10.2  DB : 11.2.0.4 ( 2NODE + RAC)

EBS - CM+ADMIN = 1 node

EBS - Web- Forms = 2 node

we are getting this issue on the 2 node


ORA-12521: Message 12521 not found;  product=RDBMS; facility=ORA


Could you please advise ?
