PO revision text not appearing in 9.2

Hi

My client is moving from 9.1 to 9.2. We observed an issue in 9.2. PO revision tracking is activated through processing option of P4310 under order revision tab.

Every time when the order is revised, the summary of changes done are stored in the text attachment that pops up after every revision.

In 9.1 when we enquire on the order revision from Row exit, the Description field displays some part of the revision text entered in the attachment. But in 9.2 this doesn't appear.

I have attached the snaps from 9.1 and 9.2.

Please help me resolve the issue and let me know if I have missed any setup.
