R12.1.3 Assigning Document sequencing to multiple legal entities in AP and AR.

We have a need to assign document sequencing to multiple legal entities (LE) in AP and AR. We have 7 LE's assigned to 1 OU and 1 Ledger.  We need to assign document sequencing to each LE and they cannot be autonomous. Each LE requires their own numbering.
