Unable to see closed service requests that were opened by somebody else in my company.

Hello,

Sorry if this has been answerd before but i had a good look and couldn't see it. Hope this is the right place to ask.

There are four people in our team who can log service requests. In the Cloud Support section under Dashboard tab there is My Service Requests and under that Service Requests open by somebody in my company.

After the call has been closed, the Service Requests tab shows closed service requests (if 'Closed' filter is picked) but this does not show service requests that were originally opened by somebody else in my company.

Can we view them somewhere else?
