Freight Rates Need to be transferred from shipping Company to Selling Company

Hello All,

I need some help for following scenarios -

I have two order one is in Mapics (third party ERP) other one is in JDE and Mapics is the selling company and JDE is the shipping company. After shipment of goods freight rates will be recorded in shipping company as goods was shipped by shipping company (JDE) at customer place.

Now freight charges will be transferred by Shipping company (JDE) to selling company for further process.

So just wanted to know how to transfer freight details from shipping company to selling company.  Can it done by ASN process if yes so please let me know what step's need to be done
